Renting space at CGS
Our church rents out space to groups and families in the community.
We have two large parish halls, suitable for parties, receptions, yoga or dance classes, and other uses.
NOTE: DUE TO THE RESURGENCE OF COVID, WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY RENTING SPACE FOR PARTIES OR RECEPTIONS.
Our sanctuary has moveable seating, a raised platform for performance, a good piano, and excellent acoustics.
CGS Facility Rental Fee Schedule
There are three spaces available for rental:
Upper hall Approx. 1000 square feet, maximum capacity 80 people
Lower hall Approx. 1000 square feet, maximum capacity 80 people
Sanctuary Approx. 2000 square feet, maximum capacity 150 people
Rental fee for any of the three spaces is $75 for four hours or $150 for the whole day. For repeated scheduled use by a non-profit organization the fee is $35 for two hours. If these rates represent a hardship for a non-profit organization, rate reductions can be arranged with the approval of the vestry.
