Church of the Good Shepherd co-sponsors Watertown Walks for Peace each Mother’s Day. Churches are more effective and have more fun when working alongside others who share their values and passions. • If you or someone you know needs help: the Watertown Social Services Resource Specialist (SSRS) program, funded by the Town of Watertown and managed by Wayside Youth & Family, is a free service for Watertown residents. The SSRS program can assist with housing needs, rental assistance referrals, help navigating public benefit programs, utility assistance, food access, mental health and counseling referrals, and more. If you need help connecting to services in your community, or are interested in donating your time or other resources to your neighbors, please call 617-744-9585 to speak with a member of the SSRS team.
